摘要
对《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)中气相色谱-质谱联用法测定二噁烷含量的两种方法分别进行不确定度评定。参照JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立数学模型,考察分析检测过程中可能引入不确定度的主要因素并给出量化结果,分别计算出两种方法的相对合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,当置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,被测化妆品中二噁烷的含量分别为5.99、6.35μg/g时,其相应的标准扩展不确定度为0.1643μg/g和0.2626μg/g。通过分析测量不确定度的主要来源,找出最大影响因素,并提出改进方法。
The uncertainty of two methods for the determination of dioxane content by GC-MS in Technical Specification for Safety of Cosmetics(2015 edition)was evaluated respectively. With reference to JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty", a mathematical model was established and the main factors of uncertainty in the testing process were analyzed and give the quantitative results. The relative composite standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the two methods were calculated respectively. The results showed that when the confidence level is 95 %, coverage factor k=2, the content of dioxane in the measured cosmetics was 5.99 and 6.35 μg/g, respectively, the corresponding standard extended uncertainty was 0.1643 μg/g and 0.2626 μg/g. The main sources of measurement uncertainty were analyzed, the most influential factors were found out and the improved methods were proposed.
