摘要
偏苯三甲酸酐(TMA)是欧盟管控的高关注物质(SVHC)中的一项。由于其具有活泼的酸酐基团,在常温下就能和水反应生成酸,和醇类反应能生成酯,因此不能用常用的反向色谱柱LC-MS体系直接检测,或仅能以检测到的偏苯三甲酸总量计。本文利用TMA的反应特性,设计了两种检测方案,分别以偏苯三甲酸(TMLA)或偏苯三甲酸单甲酯为检测目标物,通过差减计算得到样品中本身含有的TMA。经比较验证,确认以偏苯三甲酸为检测对象的差减方案能满足实际样品的检测需求。
Trimellitic anhydride(TMA) is one of the substances of very high concern(SVHC) controlled by the EU. Because of its active anhydride group, it can react with water to form acid and react with alcohols to form ester at room temperature. Therefore, it can not be detected directly by LC-MS with the common reverse chromatographic column system, or it can only be calculated as the total amount of trimellitic acid detected. In this paper, based on the reaction characteristics of TMA, two testing schemes are designed, taking trimellitic acid(TMLA) or methyl metabenzoate as the detection object respectively, and the TMA contained in the sample itself is obtained by subtraction calculation. Through comparison and verification, it is confirmed that the subtraction scheme with trimellitic acid as the detection object can meet the testing requirements of actual samples.
