摘要
目的分析宫腔镜在异常子宫出血诊治中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2017年4月-2020年5月收治的异常子宫出血患者186例,各患者均经病理检查得到确诊且均经药物治疗,按其诊治方式分组,其中93例接受阴道B超检查及诊断性刮宫术(对照组),另93例接受宫腔镜诊治(观察组),比较检出率及疗效。结果观察组疾病总检出率91.40%高于对照组疾病总检出率60.22%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.653,P<0.05);观察组疾病治疗总疗效92.47%高于对照组75.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床诊治异常子宫出血可考虑采用宫腔镜诊治,此方式诊断子宫出血原因的准确性更高,疗效更理想。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis of 186 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to May 2020.All patients were diagnosed by pathological examination and were treated with drugs.They were grouped according to their diagnosis and treatment methods.Among them,93 patients received vagina B Ultra-examination and diagnostic curettage(control group),another 93 patients received hysteroscopy(observation group),the detection rate and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total disease detection rate of the observation group was 91.40%higher than the control group 60.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.653,P<0.05);the total disease treatment efficacy of the observation group was 92.47%higher than the control group 75.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy can be considered in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.This method has higher accuracy in diagnosing the cause of uterine bleeding,with better curative effect.
