摘要 化工类研究生科研素养的整体水平有待提高,折射出了培养过程中的诸多问题。结合笔者工作实践,总结了地方院校化工类研究生科研素养现状,分析了主要原因,提出了培养化工类研究生科研素养的多种措施。采取一系列适合研究生个性化发展的措施,提升研究生的科研素养。加强导师对研究生的"全过程"培养,全面提高研究生培养教育水平。 The overall level of scientific research literacy of chemical engineering postgraduates needs to be improved, which reflects many problems in the training process. Combined with the author’s work practice, this paper summarizes the current situation of scientific research literacy of chemical engineering postgraduates in local colleges, analyzes the main reasons, and puts forward a variety of measures to cultivate chemical engineering postgraduates’ scientific research literacy. Take a series of measures suitable for postgraduates’ personalized development to improve the scientific research literacy. Strengthen the "whole process"training of graduate students by tutors, and comprehensively improve the training and education level of postgraduates.
