摘要
目的:探究社会支持对永久性结肠造口术后患者自我管理效能感的影响。方法:2015年8月-2020年8月收治结肠癌患者82例,采用问卷调查的方法对患者术后社会支持及自我管理效能感情况进行了解;对患者社会支持评分、自我管理效能感评分及社会支持和自我管理效能感的相关性进行分析。结果:患者术后社会支持评分为(41.65±7.84)分,较国内常模高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后患者自我管理效能感评分为(91.67±19.03)分,属于中等水平;除客观支持这一维度,其余社会支持维度及总分与自我效能感均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:永久性结肠造口术后患者社会支持、自我管理效能感均处于中等水平,社会支持与自我管理效能感密切相关。
Objective:To explore the influence of social support on the self-management efficacy of patients after permanent colostomy.Methods:From August 2015 to August 2020,82 patients with colon cancer were selected.Questionnaire surveys were used to understand the postoperative social support and self management efficacy.The patients’social support scores,self management efficacy scores,and the correlation between social support and self-management efficacy was analyzed.Results:The postoperative social support score of the patients was(41.65±7.84)points,which was higher than the domestic norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative patient self management efficacy score was(91.67±19.03)points,belonging to medium level.Except for the objective support dimension,the other social support dimensions and total scores were positively correlated with self-efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The social support and self-management efficacy of patients after permanent colostomy are at a moderate level,and social support is closely related to self management efficacy.
