摘要
结合衡阳某项目,通过工字钢搭设模板支撑体系的设计与施工技术,对架体、工字钢节点进行反复论证优化,总结出包括工字钢加固、架体搭设、平面防护等关键控制点的施工技术。通过结构力学计算软件和有限元分析软件保证系统的安全性、可靠性,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。
Combined with a project in Hengyang,through design and construction technology of I-beam erection formwork support system,the frame and I-beam joints are repeatedly demonstrated and optimized,and the construction technology including key control points such as I-beam reinforcement,frame erection and plane protection is summarized.The safety and reliability of the system are guaranteed through structural mechanics calculation software and finite element analysis software,so as to provide reference experience for similar projects..
