摘要
"枫桥经验"作为基层社会治理的标杆与典范,在进行推广和运用的实践过程中要力求实现其效用的最大化。在这一过程中必然存在着不同价值之间的冲突与选择,如自由与秩序、公平与效率、安全与秩序、安全与效率等。当多重价值之间存在冲突时,实践者本身就已作出某种考量和选择。"枫桥经验"的选择体现了自由优于秩序、公平优于效率、安全优于秩序、安全优于效率。为了使"枫桥经验"在新时期的基层社会治理中发挥更大效能,应对其价值进行重新厘定与整合。新时期"枫桥经验"的时代价值应体现为人民至上、实事求是、公平正义、效率补充和数字正义。
As the benchmark and model of grass-roots social governance,"Fengqiao Experience"should strive to maximize its effectiveness in the practical process of promotion and application.There must be conflicts and choices between different values in this process,such as freedom and order,fairness and efficiency,safety and order,safety and efficiency,etc.When there is a conflict betwee multiple values,the practitioners themselves have already made certain considerations and choices.The choice of"Fengqiao Experience"reflects that freedom is better than order,fairness is better than efficiency,safety is better than order,and safety is better than efficiency.In order to make the"Fengqiao Experience"more effective in grass-roots social governance in the new period,we should redefine and integrate its value.The era value of"Fengqiao Experience"in the new period should be embodied in people supremacy,seek truth from facts,fairness and justice,efficiency supplement,and digital justice.
