猫尾草新品系在甘肃省中部地区的生产性能和营养价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究猫尾草新品系(T)在甘肃省中部地区的生产性能和营养价值,以川西猫尾草(CK1)和岷山猫尾草(CK2)为对照,对试验猫尾草材料3个生长年的株高、枝条数、草产量、粗蛋白(CP)含量、纤维含量等进行测定。结果表明:(1)不同品系而言,新品系(T)生长3年的平均枝条数、鲜、干草产量、CP和粗脂肪(EE)含量均显著高于两个对照(P<0.05)。(2)不同年份而言,第1年平均株高、枝条数和鲜草产量显著低于第2、3年,第2年干草产量显著高于第1、3年;第3年中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、EE和粗灰分(Ash)含量显著高于第1、2年。(3)就材料和年份交互作用而言,猫尾草新品系(T)的枝条数、鲜、干草产量均显著高于同年两个对照;第1年TB1的CP、EE含量显著高于两个对照,第2年TB2的CP含量显著高于CK2B2,EE含量显著高于两个对照,第3年TB3的CP、Ash含量显著高于两个对照。综上所述,猫尾草新品系(T)的生产性能和营养价值均优于CK1和CK2,适宜进行区域试验,为新品种审定奠定基础。 To study the production performance and nutritional value of a new line of Phleum pratense(T)in the central area of Gansu Province,the plant height,number of branches,grass yield,crude protein content(CP),fiber content,etc.of the experimental materials were determined in three growth years with the comparison of Chuanxi timothy(CK1)and Minshan timothy(CK2)as controls.The results showed that:(1)For different lines,the average number of branches,fresh forage and hay yields,CP and ether extract(EE)contents of the new line(T)were significantly higher than those of the two controls(P<0.05).(2)For different growth years,the average plant height,number of branches and fresh forage yield in the first year were significantly lower than those in the second and third years,while the hay yield in the second year was significantly higher than that in the first and third years.The neutral detergent fiber(NDF),EE and crude ash(Ash)contents in the third year were significantly higher than those in the first and second years.(3)In terms of the interaction of materials and growth years,the number of branches,fresh forage and hay yields of the new line(T)were significantly higher than those of the two controls in the same year.The CP and EE contents of TB1 in the first year were significantly higher than the two controls.The CP content of TB2 in the second year was significantly higher than that of CK2B2,and the EE content was significantly higher than that of the two controls.The CP and Ash contents of TB3 in the third year were significantly higher than that of the two controls.In summary,the production performance and nutritional value of the new line(T)were better than those of CK1 and CK2,which was suitable for regional trials to lay the foundation for the approval of new variety.
