摘要
邻近既有隧道的爆破施工是城市地下工程建设的重点和难点之一。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建相邻隧道的任意拉格朗日-欧拉(arbitrary Lagrange-Euler,ALE)有限元的动力学模型,分析了爆炸冲击作用下邻近隧道的动力学响应规律与特征,提出了硬-软-硬“三明治”式防护结构,以此降低隧道爆破施工对邻近隧道安全的不良影响。结果表明:在相同的炸药量及隧道埋深条件下,硬-软-硬“三明治”式防护结构具有较好的抗爆效果,有效地降低钻爆法施工对邻近隧道结构造成的损伤破坏。研究结果有望为立体交叉隧道的爆破施工提供了有价值的参考依据和解决方案。
The blasting excavation of adjacent existing tunnels is one of the key and difficult points in urban underground engineering construction.A dynamic model of adjacent existing tunnels of arbitrary Lagrange-Euler(ALE)finite element was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The dynamic response and characteristics of adjacent tunnels subjected to the blasting impact were further analyzed.Based on the parametric studies,a novel hard-soft-hard“sandwich”protective structure was developed to mitigate the blasting-induced vibration effect on the adjacent tunnel with a small clearance.The experimental results indicate that an optimum anti-explosion effect of the proposed“sandwich”protective structure is better under the condition of same tunnel depth and explosive charge.The damage caused by drilling and blasting construction to adjacent tunnel structure can be reduced effectively.The results are expected to provide valuable reference and solutions for blasting construction of three-dimensional cross tunnels.
