摘要
顶板事故作为煤矿安全的常见事故,如果缺乏有效的支护措施,很容易因为复杂的应力分布而导致顶板冒落、片帮等事故。所以要求技术人员必须对围岩应力场分布特征进行深入研究,从而选择更为合适的支护方式,确保煤矿的安全开采。本文将以具体的工程实例,主要研究掘进工作面围岩应力分布特征、位移与破坏区分布的变化规律,并以此为基础分析了锚杆加固与围岩应力分布的相互关系,最终得出更加科学、更加符合时间与空间的支护加固设计方案,希望能够进一步提高煤矿巷道掘进工作面煤岩体的整体稳定性和可靠性。
Roof accident is a common accident in coal mine safety.If there are no effective supporting measures,it is easy to cause roof caving,spalling and other accidents due to complex stress distribution.Therefore,technicians are required to study the distribution characteristics of surrounding rock stress field in depth,so as to choose a more suitable support method and ensure the safe mining of coal mines.In this paper,the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and the change law of displacement and failure zone distribution in tunnelling face are mainly studied with specific engineering examples.Based on this,the relationship between anchor reinforcement and stress distribution of surrounding rock is analyzed,and finally a more scientific and time-and-space supporting and reinforcement design scheme is obtained,hoping to further improve the overall stability and reliability of coal and rock mass in tunnelling face of coal mine.
