摘要
对复合煤层露天矿综合开采工艺经济合理工作线长度进行了优化。计算了多种单一开采工艺条件下露天煤矿工作面运输成本,建立了复合煤层露天矿综合开采工艺开采模型,分析了露天煤矿工作线长度和生产剥采比的关系以及开采单位煤量的采排成本与生产剥采比的关系。以综合开采工艺系统的年采排费用与工作面运输费用总和最低为目标,给出了复合煤层露天矿综合开采工艺工作线长度优化确定方法,并通过工程实例研究验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The economic and reasonable working line length of combined mining technology in composite coal seam open-pit mine is optimized,The article calculates the transportation cost of open-pit coal mine working face under various single mining technology conditions,establishes the combined mining technology mining model of composite coal seam open-pit coal mine,and analyzes the relationship between the working line length and the production stripping ratio of open-pit coal mine,as well as the relationship between the mining cost per unit coal volume and the production stripping ratio.In order to minimize the sum of the annual mining and drainage cost and the transportation cost of the working face of the combined mining technology system,the article gives an optimization method for determining the working line length of the combined mining technology of the composite coal seam open-pit mine,and verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the method by the engineering example study.
