摘要
气密箱是高炉炉顶的核心设备,为了设备更加可靠、安全运行,在控制电流和温度的同时,需要进一步提高智能制造技术。从三个方面描述了高炉气密箱智能制造技术的进展:气密箱智能润滑技术可实现点对点式的润滑,并进行在线监测和智能控制;可视化和振动监测技术可以准确的掌握气密箱运行状态,自动实时报警,以便及时有针对性的维修。
The airtight box is the core equipment of the blast furnace roof.It is necessary to improve the intelligent manufacturing technology for the safe and reliable operation of equipment.This paper describes the development of intelligent manufacturing technology of airtight box from three aspects;The airtight box intelligent lubrication technology can realize the point-to point lubrication,and on-line monitoring and intellgent control;Visualization and vibration monitoring technology can accurately grasp the operation state of airtight box,automatic rea-time alarm,in order to timely targeted maintenance.
