蓝莓提取物干预对老年轻度认知功能障碍患者加工速度及工作记忆的影响

EFFECTS OF BLUEBERRY EXTRACTS ON PROCESSING SPEED AND WORKING MEMORY OF ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH MILD COGNITION IMPAIRMENT

摘要 目的观察蓝莓提取物对轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment, MCI)患者加工速度及工作记忆的影响。方法选取老年MCI患者48人为对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,分别给予蓝莓提取物冲剂和饮用水,连续干预12w。研究对象均知情同意。采用视觉反应测试及数字记忆广度测试分别检测加工速度和工作记忆。结果与干预前比较,蓝莓提取物干预组老人数字记忆广度测试得分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);与对照组比较,干预组老人视觉反应测试中随机奇偶反应时明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论蓝莓提取物干预可明显改善MCI患者的工作记忆,并延缓加工速度的衰退。 Objective To observe the effects of blueberry extracts on processing speed and working memory of MCI patients. Methods Based on the ethical principles and informed consent, 48 MCI patients were assigned to the control group and intervention group randomly, and given drinking water and blueberry extracts granules, respectively. The intervention lasted 12 weeks. The effects of intervention were evaluated via visual response tests and numerical memory span tests.Results After intervention, the subjects of the intervention group performed much better on the numerical memory span test(P=0.020). Compared with the control group, the performance of the subjects of the intervention group in terms of response to random parity, which was the subtest of the visual response test, was significantly improved(P=0.033). Conclusion The blueberry extracts supplementation can significantly improve the working memory of MCI patients, and slow down the decline of the processing speed.
