摘要
在日益动荡的商业环境中,中小企业如何应对突发事件冲击,实现可持续发展是当前亟须解决的问题。文章基于突发事件应对视角,根据动态能力理论和权变理论,通过对230家中小企业进行问卷调查和数据分析,探索组织复原力对中小企业可持续发展的作用机制及边界条件。研究发现:组织复原力是企业应对突发事件冲击的重要能力,对中小企业可持续发展有积极影响;动态能力和商业模式创新是组织复原力促进中小企业可持续发展的关键路径;组织复原力能够提升动态能力进而促进商业模式创新,从而实现中小企业可持续发展;环境不确定性增强了动态能力和商业模式创新对中小企业可持续发展的影响。研究结果扩展了组织复原力理论,为中小企业应对突发事件冲击、实现可持续发展提供了指导和建议。
In the increasingly turbulent business environment,for SMEs,how to deal with the impact of emergencies and achieve sustainable development is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the perspective of emergency response,ac⁃cording to the dynamic capacity theory and contingency theory,this study explores the mechanism and boundary condi⁃tions of organizational resilience to the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through ques⁃tionnaire survey and data analysis of 230 small and medium-sized enterprises,it is found that organizational resilience is an important ability for enterprises to respond to the impact of emergencies,which has a positive impact on the sustain⁃able development of small and medium-sized enterprises;dynamic capability and business model innovation are the key paths for organizational resilience to promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises;organi⁃zational resilience can improve dynamic capability and promote business model innovation,so as to realize the sustain⁃able development of small and medium-sized enterprises;environmental uncertainty enhances the impact of dynamic ca⁃pabilities and business model innovation on the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The re⁃sults extend the theory of organizational resilience and provide guidance and suggestions for SMEs to cope with the impact of emergencies and achieve sustainable development.
