百万扩招背景下高职实践教学体系的构建与实践——以石油化工技术专业为例 被引量:1

Construction and Practice of Practical Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion:Taking Petrochemical Technology as an Example

摘要 在百万扩招的背景下,退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、新型职业农民等群体成为高职院校的培养对象,结构复杂、教学基础差异较大的生源给高职教育带来了新的挑战。咸阳职业技术学院以先进的高职教育理念为指导,深入企业调研,围绕高素质技术技能人才的培养,构建了以学校企业为主体,三个层次职业能力为目标,四个模块为教学内容的“两主体、三层次、四模块”实践教学体系,建设了职业领域和学习领域相融合、实操和仿真系统相结合,化学实验技术实训、化工专业技能实训、化工生产综合实训三个平台为支撑的“一融合、二系统、三平台”实训基地,并收到了良好的效果。 Under the background of the million enrollment expansion of students,the ex-servicemen,laid-off workers,new professional farmers and other groups have become the training objects of higher vocational colleges.The students with complex structure and different teaching foundation have brought new challenges to higher vocational education.Guided by advanced ideas of higher vocational education,Xianyang Vocational And Technical College has built a distinctive practical teaching system of“two subjects,three levels and four modules”.A training base of“one integration,two systems and three platforms”has been built,which integrates professional and learning fields,combines practical operation and simulation systems,and is supported by three platforms:chemical experiment technology training,chemical professional skills training and chemical production comprehensive training,and has received good results.
