摘要
以黑龙江省高职院校财经类专业为例,分析了目前1+X证书制度的推进情况及存在问题,提出了新型财税人才培养模式。针对证书选择与专业人才培养定位、推进“1”和“X”有效衔接、“双师型”教师队伍搭建与能力提升、教学模式和教学方法创新、实施效果评价这几方面进行探索,旨在为黑龙江省高职院校财经类专业1+X证书制度的持续推进提供发展思路。
Through taking finance and economics majors in vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province as an example,the research analyzes the situation of 1+X certificate system and the problems,and proposes the new financial and tax talent training mode.Then the research explores the certificate selection and positioning of talent cultivation,the promotion of the effective connection of“1”and“X”,the construction of“double type”teacher team and the improvement of the ability,teaching mode and teaching method innovation,and the implement effect evaluation,in order to provide the development thinking of the continuous promotion of 1+X certificate system of financial and economics majors in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province.
