基于等效电路法复合变幅杆的优化设计

摘要 采用等效电路法设计了一种新型的指数悬链线形复合变幅杆,运用等效电路理论得出了复合变幅杆的频率方程和放大系数的数学表达式,借助MATLAB软件解算出了新型复合变幅杆的谐振长度和放大系数,并对变幅杆的设计进行优化和有限元分析。结果表明,优化前后变幅杆的放大系数提高了13.5%,为设计性能更优的变幅杆提供了思路。 A new type of exponential catenary composite horn is designed by equivalent circuit method,and the mathematical expressions of the frequency equation and amplification factor of the composite horn are obtained by using equivalent circuit theory.The resonant length and amplification coefficient of the new type of composite horn are solved by MATLAB software,and the design of the horn is optimized and the finite element analysis is carried out.The results show that the amplification factor of the horn before and after optimization has increased by 13.5%,which provides ideas for the design of better performance horns.
