摘要
为减少区域性CT设备工作中的能耗,设计一种区域性CT设备质量控制节能运行优化方法。首先采用度日法对负荷能量值进行计算,并根据计算结果优化能量参数,在此基础上,设计节能优化目标;然后建立电量与设备质量控制的函数关系,预测消耗的电量;最后采用遗传算法优化节能参数,实现区域性CT设备质量控制节能运行优化。实验结果表明,采用此次研究方法优化后,能有效减少设备的运行成本与发生故障的情况,并提高设备工作的实时性。
In order to reduce the energy consumption in the work of regional CT equipment,a method of energy saving operation optimization for quality control design of regional CT equipment is designed.Firstly,the load energy value is calculated by the method of degrees,and the energy parameters are optimized according to the calculation results.On this basis,the energy saving optimization objective is designed.Then the function relationship between the electric quantity and the equipment quality control is established to predict the consumption of electricity.Finally,the energy saving parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm to realize the energy saving operation optimization of regional CT equipment quality control design.The experimental results show that the optimization method can reduce the cost of equipment and the failure of the equipment,and improve the realtime performance of the equipment.
