摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的72例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组36例。对照组行西医治疗,实验组行中西医结合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组FVC、FEV1均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组湿啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭可有效改善患者的肺部功能与临床症状,且不增加患者的不良反应,促进患者快速康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods 72 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with integrated Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The clinical effi-cacy,pulmonary function index,clinical symptom improvement time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effec-tive rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).FVC and FEV1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wet rales,cough and asthma in experimental group were shorter than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure can effectively improve the lung function and clinical symptoms of patients,and does not increase the adverse reactions of patients,and can promote the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
