摘要
高危作业管理是化工企业面临的一项重要课题。文章分析了双区长制在加强现场高危作业管理、强化高危作业区域安全生产责任落实、保障危险作业区域安全风险受控、预防和遏制生产安全事故方面发挥的重要作用,介绍了高危作业安全生产双区长挂牌管理制度,及相关的高危作业区域安全管理的具体措施。
Management of high-risk operations is an important task for chemical enterprises.Article analyses the importance of tow regional chiefs system to strengthen the management of site high-risk operations,implement of safety production responsibilities in high-risk operation areas,keep safety risks in dangerous operation areas under control,prevent and curb production accidents.It also introduces the tow regional chiefs system and relative management measure of high-risk operation areas.
