摘要
从机场运营规模、所在城市发展水平、基础设施建设、区位条件4个方面选取10个竞争力评价指标,在运用熵权法确定竞争力评价指标权重的基础上,采用TOPSIS法构建了机场竞争力评价模型,对中南机场群及大湾区机场群内各机场进行了综合竞争力评价。结果显示:从机场竞争力评价指标的权重来看,机场的竞争力主要由货邮吞吐量、航站楼面积、第三产业占GDP的比重、人均GDP和旅客吞吐量所影响。根据实证分析的结果及现阶段面临的发展问题,提出了提升机场竞争力的一系列对策建议。
Ten competitiveness evaluation indexes are selected from aspects of airport operation scale,development level of the city,infrastructure construction and location conditions.On the basis of using entropy weight method to determine the weight of competitiveness evaluation indexes,the TOPSIS method is used to build the airport competitiveness evaluation model.Finally,the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of airports in Central South airport group and Dawan airport group is carried out.The results show that,from the weight of the airport competitiveness evaluation index,the competitiveness of the airport is mainly affected by the cargo throughput,terminal area,the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP,per capita GDP and passenger throughput.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and the development problems at this stage,a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of the airport.
