摘要
毛囊干细胞位于毛囊外根鞘隆突部,属于成体干细胞,数量可观且易于取材,并且具有较强的体外增殖能力和多方向分化潜能。毛囊干细胞在发生及伴随毛囊周期循环过程中受到不同信号通路及相关基因的调控。该文对毛囊干细胞进行简要介绍,对FGFs、VEGF、Wnt信号通路及Notch信号通路对毛囊及毛囊干细胞的调控作用进行梳理,总结毛囊干细胞的主要应用,为进一步研究毛囊干细胞的相关信号分子调控提供思路。
Hair follicle stem cells are located in the bulge of the outer root sheath of the hair follicle.They are adult stem cells,are large in number and easy to obtain.They have strong in vitro proliferation and multi-directional differentiation potential.Hair follicle stem cells are regulated by different signal pathways and related genes during the occurrence and accompanying hair follicle cycle.In this article,we briefly introduced the hair follicle stem cells,combed the regulatory effects of FGFs,VEGF,Wnt signaling pathway and Notch signaling pathway on hair follicle and hair follicle stem cells,summarized the main applications of hair follicle stem cells,which will provide ideas for further research on the regulatory genes of hair follicle stem cells.
