螺栓孔垂直度对螺栓承载能力的影响分析

摘要 通过一种非标试验和有限元分析,研究了螺栓孔垂直度偏差对螺栓承载能力的影响,给出了几种斜安装角度下螺栓承拉能力的曲线图。数值分析和试验结果均表明,随着螺栓孔垂直度偏差增大,螺栓承拉能力会急剧下降。 In this paper,the influence of the perpendicularity of bolt hole on the bearing capacity of the bolt is studied through finite element analysis and test.The results of numerical analysis and test show that with the increase of the perpendicularity error of the bolt hole,the bearing capacity of the bolt will decrease sharply.
