摘要
解决水资源管理突出问题,提高农业水资源管理效率,促进水资源可持续发展,是巴里坤哈萨克自治县(简称巴里坤县)农业发展的必然要求,是促进巴里坤县经济增长的重要途径。水资源开发、利用和保护是一项长期而艰巨的任务。本文对巴里坤县水资源管理现状进行分析并提出对策,以进一步落实最严格水资源管理制度。
Solving the outstanding problems of water resources management,improving the efficiency of agricultural water resources management,and promoting the sustainable development of water resources are the inevitable requirements of the agricultural development of Balikun Kazakh Autonomous County(referred to as Balikun County),and an important way to promote the economic growth of Balikun County.The development,utilization and protection of water resources is a long-term and arduous task.This paper analyzes the current situation of water resources management in Balikun County and proposes countermeasures to further implement the most stringent water resources management system.
