综采工作面快速回撤及安装一体化施工研究 被引量:4

摘要 为减少设备占用,实现回采完毕工作面的快速回撤及新工作面的快速安装,从预先确定回撤工作面停采线、沿空留巷准备运输路线、末采造条件等方面介绍了快速回撤设备的经验做法,在新工作面选择最优安装方法快速安装采煤机、液压支架、刮板运输机等,减少了安装、回撤的时间,实现了工作面的快速搬家,提高设备利用率,提高了经济效益。 In order to reduce the equipment occupation,realize the rapid withdrawal of the working face after the mining and the rapid installation of the new working face,the experience and practice of the rapid withdrawal equipment are introduced from the aspects of pre determination of stoppage line of the withdrawal working face,the preparation of transportation route along the goaf and the conditions of the final production.The optimal installation method is selected for the new working face to install the shearer,hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,etc.The time of installation and withdrawal is reduced,the rapid moving of working face is realized,the utilization rate of equipment is improved and the economic benefit is improved.
