摘要
以东滩煤矿综掘工作面粉尘综合治理工程为例,在综掘工作面实施除尘风机“长压短抽”控风除尘、综掘机高压喷雾除尘、转载点封闭除尘、湿式喷浆除尘、自动纱网捕尘、巷道风流净化、喷雾装备自动化控制等综合粉尘治理技术。通过现场实践,该综合粉尘治理技术防尘效果显著。
Taking the comprehensive dust control project of fully mechanized working face in Dongtan Coal Mine as an example,the comprehensive dust control technology is implemented in the fully mechanized face,such as dust removal fan"long pressure short pumping"control dust and dust removal,fully mechanized mining machine high pressure spray dust removal,retransmission point closed dust removal,wet spraying and dust removal,automatic gauze dust catching,roadway ventilation purification,spray equipment automation control and so on.Through field practice,the comprehensive dust control technology has remarkable dust prevention effect and has popularization significance.
