摘要
综采工作面设备选型的匹配与否关系到工作面采煤的自动化水平和智能化程度,设备选型综合配套才能够实现煤矿集约化发展。陕西有色榆林煤业有限公司在综合考虑煤层赋存条件和采煤方法的基础上,通过经验公式计算确定各设备的工作参数,选定了合理配套的采煤设备,实现了综采工作面自动化、智能化、集约化采煤。
The matching of equipment selection in comprehensive mining face is related to the automation level and intelligence of coal mining.Only by comprehensive equipment selection can coal intensive development be realized.Based on the comprehensive consideration of coal seam occurrence conditions and mining methods,Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin Coal Industry calculates and determines the working parameters of each equipment by empirical formula,selects reasonable supporting coal mining equipment,and realizes the automatic,intelligent and intensive coal mining of comprehensive mining face.
