摘要
介绍了某医疗设备集中采购工作的模式。结合多年实践,通过对平均采购成本、资金节约率、平均采购周期、本国设备占比、项目失败率等五个绩效评价指标进行纵向(时间)与横向(市本级与区级)对比,分析采购工作的成效和不足,旨在提升医疗设备集中采购质量和工作效率。
It introduces the mode of centralized procurement of a certain medical equipment.Combining years of practice,analyzes the five performance evaluation indicators of average purchase cost,capital saving rate,average purchase cycle,domestic equipment proportion,project failure rate,and compares vertically(time)and horizontally(city-level and district-level);analyzes the effectiveness and deficiencies of procurement in order to improve the quality and efficiency of centralized procurement of medical equipment.
