摘要
在分析南海W油田储层微粒运移原因的基础上,提出利用化学胶结技术强化地层砂粒之间的胶结,室内构建了一套HWR微乳水基胶结液体系,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,HWR微乳水基胶结液体系具有注入黏度低、安全施工时间长、胶结质量好、控制微粒运移能力强等特点;胶结体在地层流体浸泡36个月后,仍能保持较好的稳定性。现场应用表明,W油田A7井注入HWR微乳水基胶结液进行化学胶结施工后,产液指数为冲洗解堵前的2.788倍,能长期有效地控制微粒运移,推广应用前景广阔。
On the basis of analyzing the reasons of particle migration in an oilfield(name for W Oilfield)in the South China Sea,we proposed a chemical cementation technology to strengthen the cementation between sand particles in the formation,and developed an HWR microemulsion water-based cementation fluid system in laboratory.Moreover,we evaluated its performance.The results show that the HWR microemulsion water-based cementation fluid system has the characteristics of low injection viscosity,long safe construction time,good cemented quality,and strong ability to control particle migration.The cemented body can still maintain good stability after being immersed in formation fluid for 36 months.The field application shows that,after the HWR microemulsion water-based cementation fluid has been applied for chemical cementation in well A7 of W Oilfield,the liquid yield index is 2.788 times of that before flushing and plugging removal.The good effectiveness in particle migration controlling can be achieved over the long term,and the application prospect is broad.
