具有分类功能的物流管理装置设计

摘要 随着中国产业结构的规模化和专业化,各行各业都会涉及到物流,而物流对整个行业的需求比重越大,对成本的控制及物流的效率要求也就越高,企业间的竞争愈来愈激烈。企业要想获得竞争优势,需要从各个环节把控,如物流的分发环节。目前,现有的物流管理装置还存在物流进出库时效率低、成本高、分发准确率不高等问题。为了进一步解决这一问题,基于自动化物流管理设备技术的调查研究,对原有的物流装置进行优化改进研究,提出了将监测板、监测轴、套管、激光对射传感器和分发液压缸进行配合,通过归中板、连接轴、导轨、连杆设计和归中液压缸的配合,实现物流管理装置的分类功能设计,降低了连轴的脱轨率,进而提高了分发的准确性及货物的分拣效率,从而降低物流成本,增加企业的竞争优势。 With the scale and specialization of China′s industrial structure, all walks of life will involve logistics, and the greater the proportion of logistics demand for the whole industry, the higher the requirements for cost control and logistics efficiency, and the more fierce the competition among enterprises. In order to gain competitive advantage, enterprises need to control all links, such as logistics distribution. At present, the existing logistics management devices still have the problems of low efficiency, high cost and low distribution accuracy. In order to further solve this problem, based on the investigation and research of automatic logistics management equipment technology, the optimization and improvement of the original logistics device was studied. It was proposed to cooperate the monitoring plate, monitoring shaft, sleeve, laser radiation sensor and distribution hydraulic cylinder through the design of centering plate,connecting shaft, guide rail and connecting rod and the coordination of centering hydraulic cylinder. The classification function design of the logistics management device was realized, which reduced the derailment rate of the coupling shaft, and then improved the accuracy of distribution and the sorting efficiency of goods, so as to reduce the logistics cost and increase the competitive advantage of the enterprise.
