摘要
随着科学技术的进步,新型高强度、高硬度和高价值难加工深孔零件的不断出现,加工工件在加工深度、加工精度以及加工效率上要求的不断提高,使得深孔加工成为机械加工的关键工序和加工难点。通过优化加工工艺,在常规深孔加工不能保证图纸要求的前提下,利用深孔钻镗粗加工、深孔电火花半精加工和珩磨精加工的加工方案,解决材料为镍基高温合金Inconel 718的零部件在端面上均布多个台阶深孔的加工难题,为难加工金属材料多个高精度深孔的加工提供了创新方法。
With the advancement of science and technology,new types of high-strength,high-hardness and high-value difficult-to-machine deep-hole parts continue to appear,and the requirements for processing depth,processing accuracy and processing efficiency of processed workpieces continue to increase,making deep-hole processing a mechanical process key procedures and processing difficulties. By optimizing the processing technology,deep hole drilling and boring rough machining,deep hole EDM semi-finish machining and honing finish machining were used on the premise that deep hole machining cannot guarantee the requirements of the drawings according to conventional thinking,and the problem was solved that the material was nickel-based high temperature alloy Inconel 718 parts were uniformly distributed on the end face of the processing problem of multiple step deep holes,which provided an innovative method for the processing of multiple high-precision deep holes in difficult-to-machine metal materials.
