摘要
目的:探讨手术导航技术下3D打印在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的80例颌面部骨折患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规重建手术,观察组采用计算机手术导航技术下3D打印技术进行重建,比较两组颧突点至颧弓根点表面突度差值、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后3个月的治疗满意度评分。结果:术后观察组和对照组颧突点至颧弓根点表面突度差值均小于术前,差异有统计学意义(t=108.574,t=74.534;P<0.05);且观察组术后颧突点至颧弓根点表面突度差值小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=27.487,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=17.014,t=4.746;P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者术后在外貌、语言以及咀嚼功能方面的满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论:手术导航技术下3D打印辅助重建手术治疗颌面部骨折,可明显缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional(3D)printing technique in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures under surgical navigation technique.Methods:80 patients with maxillofacial fracture who admitted to hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional reconstructive surgery,and the observation group adopted 3D printing technique under surgical navigation technique with computer to implement reconstruction.And the differences of the surface protrusion from zygomatic process point to zygomatic arch root point,the surgical time,the volume of intraoperative bleeding and the satisfaction score of patients on treatment at the 3th month after surgery between two groups were compared.Results:The difference values of the surface protrusion from zygomatic process point to zygomatic arch root point of the two groups after surgery were significantly smaller than those before surgery(t=108.574,t=74.534,P<0.05),respectively.And the difference value of the surface protrusion from zygomatic process point to zygomatic arch root point of observation group was significantly smaller than that of control group after surgery(t=27.487,P<0.05).The surgical time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the volume of intraoperative bleeding of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(t=17.014,t=4.746,P<0.05),respectively.The differences of satisfaction scores on postoperative physiognomy,language and chewing function between two groups were no significant.Conclusion:The 3D printing technique under surgical navigation technique can significantly shorten the surgical time and reduce the volume of intraoperative bleeding in treating maxillofacial fractures,which has the value of clinical application.
