摘要
基于2003~2016年长江经济带108个城市的面板数据,从人口、经济、社会、空间、绿色5个维度构建新型城镇化指标体系,采用空间杜宾模型实证检验新型城镇化对环境污染的直接影响与空间溢出效应。研究结论:从空间格局来看,新型城镇化指数上升,环境污染指数下降,两者均存在高-高(低-低)的空间集聚特征,且空间差异明显,表现为区域中心城市城镇化水平较高,西部地区污染水平较高;从直接影响来看,新型城镇化能够降低本地区的环境污染,且经济、社会和空间城镇化发挥了主要作用;从空间溢出效应来看,人口城镇化加剧了周边地区的环境污染,经济和社会城镇化在一定程度上降低了周边地区的环境污染;从城市群来看,长三角和成渝城市群新型城镇化对本地区环境质量的提升作用更强,且成渝城市群新型城镇化也能降低周边地区的环境污染。
Based on the panel data of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2016,a new urbanization index system was constructed from five dimensions:population,economy,society,space,and green.The spatial Dubin model was used to empirically test the direct environmental pollution caused by new urbanization and its spatial spillover effects.The main conclusions are as follows:from the perspective of the spatial pattern,the new urbanization index has risen and the environmental pollution index has fallen.Both have high-high(low-low)spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the spatial differences are obvious,which is reflected in the urbanization of regional central cities.The pollution level in the western region is relatively high.In terms of direct impact,new urbanization can reduce environmental pollution in the region,and economic,social and spatial urbanization has played a major role.From the perspective of spatial spillover effects,new urbanization has aggravated environmental pollution in the surrounding areas,which is mainly caused by population urbanization.Economic and social urbanization can also reduce environmental pollution in surrounding areas to a certain extent.From the perspective of urban agglomerations,the new urbanization of the Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations has a stronger effect on improving the environmental quality of the region,and the new urbanization of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration can also reduce environmental pollution in the surrounding areas.
