摘要
随着汽车行业的发展,对于车用材料的要求也随之提高,其中车用玄武岩纤维增强复合材料的研究现状为:在汽车轻量化、车用35 MPa玄武岩纤维增复合材料气瓶、汽车外饰件上的应用研究、玄武岩纤维增强金属层合板替代玻璃纤维用于成型汽车导流罩。通过对车用玄武岩纤维增强复合材料研究现状进行分析并对车用玄武岩的未来发展趋势进行展望。
With the development of automobile industry,the standard for materials is rising.Among those materials,the current research situation of basalt fiber reinforced composite for vehicles mainly refers as the following aspects:(1)the usage in lightweight vehicles,(2)35 MPa basalt fiber reinforced composite gas cylinder for vehicles,(3)vehicles’exterior parts,(4)using basalt fiber reinforced composite to substitute fiberglass applied to shaped wind deflector.The article analyzes the current status of research and anticipates the prospective future of basalt fiber for vehicles.
