摘要
目的 分析晚期三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)患者经疏肝健脾方辅助GP化疗方案治疗的效果。方法 选取2018年4月至2020年4月甘肃省庆阳市人民医院72例晚期TNBC患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各36例。对照组接受GP化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受疏肝健脾方辅助治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候(食少、脘胁胀痛、太息、抑郁烦躁)评分、卡氏评分(KPS)、不良反应。结果 两组疾病控制率对比,观察组91.67%(33/36)较对照组72.22%(26/36)高(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组对比,观察组食少、脘胁胀痛、太息、抑郁烦躁评分均较低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组KPS评分较对照组高(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率对比观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论 晚期TNBC患者接受疏肝健脾方辅助GP化疗方案治疗,能有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,减少不良反应,且效果显著。
Objective To analyze curative effect of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction Combined with GP chemotherapy for advanced triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).Methods The paper chose 72 cases advanced TNBC patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 and divided them into two groups randomly,36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with GP chemotherapy (gemcitabine + cisplatin),and observation group with Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction on the basis of control group.Curative effect,TCM syndrome scores (less food,epigastric distension,excessive breath,depression and irritability),Karnofsky scores (KPS) and adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Disease control rate of observation group was 91.67% (33/36),higher than 72.22% (26/36) of control group (P<0.05);After treatment,observation group had lower scores of less food,epigastric and hypochondriac pain,excessive breathing,depression and irritability than control group,(P<0.05);after treatment,KPS scores of observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Decoction combined with GP chemotherapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms,life quality and reduce adverse reactions of advanced TNBC patients.
