摘要
目的针对自闭症,探究分析言语-认知功能训练联合听觉统合训练的临床效果。方法将我院儿童康复科2020年1日至2020年12月收治的36例患儿进行研究,分别实施言语-认知功能训练以及分析言语-认知功能训练联合听觉统合训练,对比临床效果。结果观察组的干预有效率(88.89%)较对照组(55.56%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的身体质量、人际交往、运动功能以及语言能力评分较对照组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的ABC评分较对照组更低,而IQ评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的训练依从率(94.44%)较对照组(66.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论言语-认知功能训练联合听觉统合训练能提高自闭症患儿的临床效果,改善生活质量,调节智力情况,提升依从性,值得推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of speech cognitive function training combined with auditory integration training for autism.Methods Thirty-six cases of children in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were studied.Speech cognitive function training and speech cognitive function training combined with auditory integration training were implemented respectively,and the clinical effects were compared.Results The effective rate of intervention in the observation group (88.89%) was higher than that in the control group (58.82%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of body mass,interpersonal communication,motor function and language ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the ABC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the IQ score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The training compliance rate of the observation group (96.49%) was higher than that of the control group (84.21%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Speech cognitive function training combined with auditory integration training can improve the clinical effect of children with autism,improve the quality of life,regulate intelligence,and enhance compliance,which is worthy of local promotion.
