摘要
目的分析UCG在急性心肌梗死手术与介入治疗中的价值与体会。方法将本院于2018年2月至2020年2月治疗的急性心肌梗死患者280例作为本次研究对象,均采取介入手术治疗,利用超声心动图进行监测,分析患者治疗前后LVEF、LVFS、SV、LVDd、LVDs、LVEDV、LVESV水平变化,AP、AC、CD、AA_(3D)、TV水平变化。结果分析患者治疗前后LVEF、LVFS、SV、LVDd、LVDs、LVEDV、LVESV水平变化:手术治疗1个月、3个月后,患者LVEF、LVFS、SV明显更高于治疗前,LVDs、LVDd、LVEDV、LVESV明显更低,1个月、3个月LVEF、LVFS、SV、LVDd、LVDs、LVEDV、LVESV水平对比差异明显(P<0.05)。分析患者治疗前后AP、AC、CD、AA_(3D)、TV水平变化:手术治疗1个月、3个月后,患者AP、AC、CD、AA_(3D)、TV水平明显更低,1个月、3个月AP、AC、CD、AA_(3D)、TV水平对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者的介入手术治疗中对患者采用超声心动图检查更有利于观察到患者的治疗疗效,改善患者二尖瓣相关参数,能够为临床医师观察治疗提供可靠的观察依据,值得临床广泛应用。

Analysis of changes in AP, AC, CD, AA_(3D), TV levels before and after treatment: 1 month, 3 months after surgery, AP, AC, CD, AA_(3D), TV levels were significantly lower, There was significant difference in AP, AC, CD, AA_(3D), TV levels between 1 month, 3 months(P<0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography is more helpful to observe the therapeutic effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction in interventional surgery, Improvement of mitral valve parameters in patients, It can provide reliable observation basis for clinicians to observe treatment, It is worthy of wide clinical application.
