摘要
乳腺增生已经成为最常见的乳腺良性疾病。西医治疗该病的药物不良发应发生率高,中医治疗缺乏规范化,蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号(M-Ⅰ)在治疗乳腺增生中具有较好的疗效。M-Ⅰ治疗乳腺增生的机制可能与调节性激素水平、性激素受体及其mRNA表达、参与细胞增殖与凋亡调控、参与抗氧化损伤及抗炎性损伤、影响DNA合成及血清血脂等有关。本文通过对M-Ⅰ治疗乳腺增生的机制研究展开综述,为临床科学合理应用M-Ⅰ治疗乳腺增生提供依据。
Mammary gland hyperplasia has become the most common benign breast disease. Western medicine has high incidence of adverse drug reactions on the disease, and traditional Chinese medicine lacks standardization. Mongolian medicine Mammary Gland-Ⅰ(M-Ⅰ) has good curative effect in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. The mechanism of M-Ⅰ in the treatment of breast hyperplasia may be related to regulating sex hormone levels, sex hormone receptors and their mRNA expression, participating in cell proliferation and apoptosis regulation, participating in antioxidant damage and anti-inflammatory damage, affecting DNA synthesis and serum lipids. This article reviews the mechanism of M-Ⅰ in the treatment of breast hyperplasia, and provides a basis for clinical scientific and rational application of M-Ⅰin the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
