摘要
在核电厂通信系统设计过程中考虑人因工程,可减少通信系统运维与使用过程中的人因失误,从而保障通信服务的可用性与可靠性。通信系统人因工程设计研究以核电厂通信系统的架构为切入点,从系统主设备、配线设备以及终端设备三个层面梳理归纳了工程设计应考虑的人因要素。结合核电厂通信系统的设计特点,细分为九个不同的人因工程设计维度。围绕各维度开展研究分析。基于相关研究提出核电厂通信系统人因工程设计应考虑的具体要求,包括主设备在运维操作空间、工作微气候环境及照明条件方面的人因设计要求;通信配线设备对于运维操作空间、安装高度及照明条件的人因设计要求;通信终端设备关于布置、标志及抗噪方面的人因设计要求。相关人因设计要求已在核电厂工程实践中得到应用。
Taking human factor engineering into consideration in the design of communication system of nuclear power plant can reduce human factor errors in the operation,maintenance and use of communication system,so as to ensure the availability and reliability of communication service.Based on the architecture of the communication system of nuclear powerplant,it is summarized that the human factors should be considered in engineering design from the three aspects of the system main equipment,wiring equipment and terminal equipment.Based on the design characteristics of nuclear power plant communication system,it is subdivided into nine different human factors engineering design dimensions.Research and analysis are carried out around each dimension.Based on relevant studies,the specific requirements for human factors engineering design of the communication system in nuclear power plants are proposed,including human factors design requirements of the main equipment in operation and maintenance operation space,working microclimate environment and lighting conditions,human factors design requirements of communication wiring equipment in operation and maintenance operation space,installation height and lighting conditions,human factor design requirements on layout,marking and noise resistance of communication terminal equipment.The relevant requirements of human factors are applied in nuclear power plant engineering practice.
