摘要
通过对常见的用于导轨安装的导轨适配器进行调查和研究,介绍了一种适用于核电系统的导轨适配器。该系统满足一定地震工况和电磁屏蔽标准,可以实现正面操作安装的导轨适配器的结构设计方案。导轨适配器适用于EN 50022 DIN35标准导轨,采用动连接方式及联动原理,安装过程中通过螺纹和轴传递运动实现设备的打开和锁紧功能。创新实现了通过设备正面实施扭力,完成设备背面的导轨安装,解决了模块产品不能正面安装、侧面拆装不方便的问题。通过导轨适配器上的导通簧片,实现和使用适配器的功能模块设备的印制板电路(PCB)进行导通,使机柜、设备壳体、印制板电路导通成为一体,满足电磁屏蔽方面的导通要求。该设计同时满足设备的抗震要求,解决了导轨适配器电磁屏蔽及抗震的问题。本方案已经在核电系统平台得到了应用。
Based on the investigation and research of common guide rail adapters for guide rail installation,a kind of guide rail adapters suitable for nuclear power system is introduced.The system meets certain seismic conditions and electromagnetic shielding standards,and can realize the structure design of the guide rail adapter with frontal operation and installation.The guide rail adapter is suitable for EN 50022 DIN35 standard guide rail.It adopts dynamic connection mode and linkage principle.During the installation process,the opening and locking functions of the equipment are realized through the thread and shaft transfer movement.It innovates to implement torsion force through the front of the equipment and complete the installation of the guide rail on the back of the equipment,which solves the problem that the module products cannot be installed on the front and the side is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble.Through the guide rail adapter on the guide reed,realize and use the adapter function module equipment of the printed board circuit(PCB)to conduct,so that the cabinet,equipment shell,the printed board circuit conduction into one,to meet the electromagnetic shielding conduction requirements.The design also meets the seismic requirements of the equipment,and solves the electromagnetic shielding and seismic problems of the guide rail adapter.This scheme has been applied in nuclear power system platform.
