摘要
通过对以礼河三级电站卧式机组拉杆式位移传感器的在运行中存在的问题进行收集,结合实际运行情况,提出处理方法,并在运行中得以验证,效果显著。解决了三级电站拉杆式位移传感器运动中的问题,同时有用材简单,安装方便,技术人员上手较快优点。积累了解决生产现场技术难题的经验,在今后的设计工作中应注重材质的选择和力学分析。
This paper collects the problems existing in the operation of the pull-bar displacement sensor of the horizontal unit of Yilihe No.3 Power Station,and puts forward the treatment methods based on the actual operation.The treatment method is validated in operation with remarkable results.It solves the problem in the movement of the pull-bar displacement sensor in the third-level power station,and has the advantages of simple materials,convenient installation and fast start by technicians.At the same time,it has accumulated experience to solve the technical difficulties in the production site.In the future design work,attention should be paid to the selection of materials and mechanical analysis.
