摘要
目的比较超声引导下椎旁阻滞术与局部浸润注射治疗治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效。方法将58例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分成两组,各29例,观察组采用超声引导下椎旁阻滞术,对照组采用局部浸润注射治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗后对患者采用数字疼痛评定量表(NRS)进行评分,比较两组的镇痛效果和并发症。结果治疗前两组NRS评分均明显高于治疗后(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各时段NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论两种治疗方法都具有明显镇痛效果,超声引导下椎旁阻滞术效果明显优于局部浸润注射治疗。
Objective To compare the efficacy of ultrasound-guided paravertebral block with local infiltration injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 58 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with paravertebral block under the guidance of ultrasound,and the control group was treated with local infiltration injection,patients were scored with digital pain rating scale(NRS)before and after treatment,and the analgesic effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The NRS scores of the two groups before treatment were significantly higher than those after treatment(P<0.05),and the NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Both methods have obvious analgesic effect,and the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral block is better than that of local infiltration injection.
