摘要
研究近十年颈型颈椎病中医治疗的相关文献报道,分析结果显示,中医综合治疗颈型颈椎病效果明显,本文从中药联合针灸、针灸联合推拿、针刀联合其他中医治法、其他中医综合理疗治法这四个方面进行论述。通过对相关文献报道分析发现,中医综合治疗颈型颈椎病效果明确,具体体现在颈肩部疼痛评分、生活质量评分、颈肩部功能活动度、颈椎生理曲度、颈部肌力测定、麻木评分以及复发率等方面,优于一般西医治疗或者单一中医治法治疗。
The study is about the relevant literature reports on the treatment of cervical spondylosis by traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years,and analysis results show that Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis effect is obvious.This paper discusses from four aspects:traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,acupuncture combined with massage,acupotomology combined with other traditional Chinese medicine treatment,other Chinese medicine comprehensive physiotherapy treatment of these four aspects.Through analyzing related literature reports,this paper found that the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was clear,which is embodied in the neck and shoulder pain score,quality of life score,neck and shoulder functional range of motion,cervical physiological curvature,neck muscle strength measurement,numbness score and recurrence rate,superior to western medicine treatment or a single treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
