摘要
目的分析初产妇自然分娩过程中应用无保护助产护理对产妇护理效果与会阴疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的情况。方法在2018年10月-2019年10月医院收治的初产妇中选取100名作为研究对象,依据护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50名。对照组产妇选取会阴保护法助产,研究组采用无保护助产护理模式助产,对两组产妇的护理效果与会阴疼痛情况对比。结果护理后,研究组第二产程用时为(62.22±5.23)min,对照组用时为(63.20±5.44)min,差异无统计学意义(t=0.918,P=0.361);研究组会阴侧切率、损伤率及血肿率分别为12.00%、18.00%及2.00%,对照组会阴侧切率、损伤率及血肿率分别为36.00%、42.00%及18.00%,研究组会阴情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.895、6.857、7.111,P<0.05);研究组VAS评分为(2.26±0.32)分,对照组为(5.11±1.84)分,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.791,P<0.001);研究组总满意率为98.00%,对照组总满意率为70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.583,P<0.001)。结论在初产妇自然分娩过程中,无保护助产护理的应用有利于实现产妇会阴疼痛情况的合理缓解,对产妇护理效果的优化具有积极价值,值得进行临床推广。
Objective To analy the effect of unprotected midwifery nursing on the nursing of primipara during natural delivery and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of perineal pain.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,100 primipara were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to different nursing methods,with 50 primipara in each group.The control group selected the perineum protection method to assist the delivery,and the study group adopted the unprotected midwifery nursing mode to assist the delivery.The nursing effect and perineal pain of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the study group took(62.22±5.23)min for the second stage of labor,and the control group took(63.20±5.44)min.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.918,P=0.361).The perineal lateral resection rate,injury rate,and hematoma rate in the study group were 12.00%,18.00%,and 2.00%,respectively.The perineal lateral resection rate,injury rate,and hematoma rate in the control group were 36.00%,42.00%,and 18.00%,respectively.The perineum situation in the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.895,6.857,7.111,P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was(2.26±0.32)points,and the control group was(5.11±1.84)points.The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.791,P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%,and the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.583,P<0.001).Conclusion During the natural delivery of primiparas,the application of unprotected midwifery nursing is beneficial to the reasonable alleviation of the perineal pain of the puerpera.It has positive value for the optimization of the nursing effect of the puerpera and is worthy of clinical promotion.
