基于改进可变模糊集法的起重机金属结构安全评价 被引量:3

摘要 起重机金属结构安全评价对于减少人员伤亡和经济损失具有重要意义。考虑到原始指标数据、危险的发生及金属结构安全性都具有一定的动态变化性和模糊性,很难用精确的关系表达式来描述安全判据,以可变模糊集(VFS)方法为基础,结合信息熵法确定各指标权重,构建了起重机金属结构安全评价模型。针对传统VFS的应用存在相对隶属度计算过程复杂且繁琐的问题,基于不同等级相对隶属度的内在联系建立了相对隶属度的3个简化特征关系表达式,减少了所需确定的参数,简化了计算公式。通过与传统VFS方法及现有改进方法的公式和案例对比,改进VFS方法的相对隶属度函数运算次数大大减少,计算效率更高,且保持了传统VFS方法的计算精度。 The present paper is aimed at establishing a safety evaluation model of crane's metallic structure to improve the maintenance efficiency by reducing the engineering safety accidents based on the variable fuzzy set method and the information entropy.And,for the said purpose,it is of essential necessity to choose carefully the outright functions of the different parts of the crane to be built up according to the evaluation interval for all the relative memberships.So far as we know,the relative membership functions in the traditional variable fuzzy set for the idealistic crane consist mainly of 4 linear functions piece-wisely,especially,if the membership involves lots of technical indexes.In view of such a situation,we are going to classify the calculation process of the relative membership degree of a single index into 3 types in accordance with their different complexity,that is,the lowest level,the highest level and the middle level.And,then,the linear relation of the relative membership function of each kind of classification has to be further explored so as to establish a simplified relation representation of the relative membership functions through such linear relations by improving the variable fuzzy set methods.For instance,through comparison with the traditional methods and the currently existing improved methods,it would be possible to heighten the ameliorated method with the endowed same precision as the traditional variable fuzzy set method that can be offered with.And,then,by comparing the calculation formulas of relative membership degree,the number of the parameters to be determined can be reduced from 5 steps in the traditional method to merely 2 by using the improved method,so as to get rid of the selection of piecewise function.In the meanwhile,the number of parameters needed for each index can be reduced to mere 1.Needless to say,this has to greatly reduce the operations of the relative membership functions and heighten the calculation efficiency obviously.With the heightening of classification level,the index and sample size,the advantage of the improved method can be expected to be made much more advantageous and more favorable to be adopted for the safety assessment of the crane metallic structure.
