摘要
目的:探讨头颅MRI和CT对小儿病毒性脑炎的诊断效果及应用价值。方法:将2019年3月—2021年3月我院收治的98例病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均接受头颅MRI和CT诊断,回顾分析患儿的影像学检查结果,并对不同方法诊断病毒性脑炎的检出情况、病灶位置、数量、病情严重程度等进行比较。结果:98例病毒性脑炎患儿经头颅MRI和CT诊断,各检出92例和75例异常患儿,检出率分别为93.88%、76.53%;其中,额叶病灶的检出率分别为19.29%和5.10%;颞叶病灶的检出率分别为38.78%和18.37%;多发灶检出率分别为86.73%和70.41%;轻度异常检出率分别为31.63%和17.35%,MRI的检出率均显著高于CT(P<0.05)。结论:头颅CT和MRI都是诊断小儿病毒性脑炎的有效方法,但相对而言,MRI在多发病灶以及位于额叶、颞叶的病灶诊断中更具优势,是一种更为理想的诊断方法。
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect and application value of cranial MRI and CT in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 98 children with viral encephalitis admitted from March 2019 to March 2021 were studied.All children were diagnosed by cranial MRI and CT.The imaging results of children were retrospectively analyzed,and the detection,location,number and severity of viral encephalitis diagnosed by different methods were compared.Results 98 children with viral encephalitis were diagnosed by cranial MRI and CT,92 and 75 abnormal children were detected respectively,the detection rate was 93.88% and 76.53% respectively,the detection rate of frontal lobe lesions was 19.29% and 5.10% respectively,the detection rates of temporal lobe lesions were 38.78% and 18.37%,and the detection rates of multiple lesions were 86.73% and 70.41%,respectively.The detection rates of mild abnormalities were 31.63% and 17.35% respectively,and the detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Both cranial CT and MRI are effective methods for the diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children,but relatively speaking,MRI has more advantages in the diagnosis of multiple lesions and lesions located in frontal lobe and temporal lobe,and is a more ideal diagnostic method.
