煤炭检测中不同水分及其测定方法差异点比较分析 被引量:6

摘要 煤中水分具有质量和重量指标的双重性,其为评价煤质的重要指标,也是煤质分析中重要的检测项目,同时在煤炭贮存、加工、利用及贸易结算方面也有着重要的意义。从煤质分析技术角度,介绍了煤中水分存在的2种物理形态及在煤质分析领域中的概念和测定标准、方法,对每种水分指标的意义及用途、测定方法在适用标准上的差异点分别进行比较说明,并从“人、机、料、法、环”5个方面分析了影响水分测定准确性的因素及实际检验操作中应该注意的问题,并提出相应的改进措施,以确保煤样从采取、制备、贮存到检测及数据计算全流程的有效性、准确性,从而获得客观、真实的煤中水分检测数据。 The content of moisture in coal has the dual natures of quality and weight indicators,which is one of the important detection item in coal analysis for evaluating coal quality.At the same time,it also has important significance in coal storage,processing,utilization and trade settlement.From the perspective of coal analysis,the two physical forms of moisture in coal,the concepts,the related measurement standards and methods in coal analysis were introduced.The significance and use of each moisture index and the difference points of the measurement methods of the applicable standards were respectively compared and explained.The factors affecting the accuracy of moisture measurement and the problems that should be paid attention to in actual inspection operations were analyzed from the five aspects of“operator,instruments,material,method,environment”.Then the corresponding improvement measures were proposed to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of data calculation during the whole process of the coal sample from sampling,sample preparation,storage to detection,so as to obtain objective and real coal moisture detection data.
