摘要
卫星通信是海上钻井平台与陆地通信的惟一方式,也是海上采油平台与陆地通信的主要方式。传统C波段、Ku波段通信卫星存在带宽窄、资费高等问题,制约了海上平台信息化传输能力。新型Ka波段高通量卫星因其链路带宽大、抗干扰性强等特点,已逐渐成为促进海上平台信息化发展的重要途径。本文结合相应实例,介绍了Ka卫星通信系统在钻井平台的建设过程和运行情况,并分析了其在南海钻井平台和采油平台上的推广应用。实测结果表明,各个海上平台信息接入速率达到50 Mb/s,卫星下行通信速率最高可达60 Mb/s,链路运行稳定,可满足海上平台网络带宽使用需求。
Satellite communication is the only way of communication between offshore drilling platform and land,and it is also the main way of communication between offshore oil production platform and land.Traditional C-band and Ku-band communication satellites have some problems,such as narrow bandwidth and high cost,which restrict the information transmission capability of offshore platforms.The new Ka-band high-throughput satellite has gradually become an important way to promote the information development of offshore platforms because of its wide link bandwidth and strong anti-interference characteristics.Combined with the corresponding examples,this paper introduces the construction process and operation of Ka-band satellite communication system on drilling platform,and analyzes its popularization and application on drilling platform and oil production platform in South China Sea.The measured results show that the information access rate of each offshore platform can reach 50 Mb/s,and the satellite downlink communication rate can reach 60 Mb/s,and the link runs stably,which can meet the network bandwidth demand of offshore platforms.
