摘要
在0—3岁婴幼儿照护发展的新形势下,了解农村托育教师队伍建设情况,建设合格的农村托育教师队伍已经成为农村托育发展的紧要任务。通过对湖北省农村托育机构教师继续教育现状的调查研究,分析农村托育教师继续教育存在的问题,提出建设专业化农村托育机构教师培训、扩大培训规模、丰富培训内容、完善培训形式、增加培训保障经费等发展对策,旨在改善农村托育机构教师继续教育现状,推动托育事业发展。
Under the new situation of 0-3-year-old infant care development,it has become an important task to know the construction of qualified rural preschool teachers.Based on the investigation and study of the present situation of the continuing education of teachers in rural child care institutions in Hubei Province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the continuing education of teachers in rural child care institutions,and proposes the construction of professional teacher training in rural child care institutions,expanding the scale,enriching the content,perfecting the forms of the training,increasing the funds for ensuring the training,and other development countermeasures,with the aim to improve the status quo of continuing education of teachers in rural nurseries and promote the development of nurseries.
