民族地区乡村教师循证式培训的实践研究--基于新疆库车乡村教师培训的思考 被引量:1

摘要 乡村教育振兴的关键是教师的专业发展,个体教师的专业发展重在实践经验的积极改进与自主发展能力的精心培育,以新疆库车乡村教师培训项目为载体,以行动研究的方式探寻借助培训有效促使民族地区个体教师素养提升的变革经验。项目研究证实“以循证素养统整培训目标、以循证研究重构培训课程、以循证实践重塑培训生态,建构‘1+1+N’培训支持系统、循证式培训课程、线上线下融合式培训范式可以有效助力民族地区乡村教师的内生力养成”。 The teachers’professional development was the key to the rural education revitalization.The key for individual teachers’professional development is to improve practical experience and to carefully nurture the ability of independent development.In this study,with the help of Kuqa rural teacher training project in Xinjiang,and in the way of action research,this paper explores the reform experience of effectively promoting the quality of individual teachers in ethnic minority areas with the help of training.The project research proved that“integrating training objectives with evidence-based literacy,reconstructing training courses with evidence-based research,reshaping training ecology with evidence-based practice,and constructing‘1+1+N’training support system,evidence-based training courses and online and offline integrated training paradigm”could effectively help the rural teachers develop their endogenous power in ethnic areas.
